Prayer Ministry

Prayer in the hand of faith is the KEY that unlocks Heaven’s storehouse.

“Make this your common practice: Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you can live together whole and healed. The prayer of a person living right with God is something powerful to be reckoned with.” James 5:16 (The Message)

Senior Outreach Ministry

Be part of showing God's love to those who may not have anyone in this world to share love with. Join us at Envoy of Williamsburg (1235 S. Mt. Vernon Avenue, Williamsburg, VA 23185) on the third Sabbath of the month at 2PM for visiting, singing, and praying with some of God's children that are often forgotten.

As Jesus said in Matthew 10:45 - "For even the Son of Man did not come to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many"

Women's Ministry

The Women’s Ministry program in our church supports The Woods of York Community Center, which provides after school programs for at risk kids.  We have donated a television, a freezer, school supplies, and bag lunches for field trips.

Youth Ministries

Williamsburg offers several activities for the youth to participate in and to lead.  To find out more about these activities, check out the links below.

CGR provides hope and support to individuals and families and helps them overcome poverty, hunger, illiteracy and disease. Their vision is to change lives and transform communities by showing God’s love and compassion by providing opportunities and resources to improve the quality of life for those in need.  Through CGR, our church sponsors a young girl’s education and contributes toward the purchase of water pumps and mills for communities in Malawi.

FISH is an all-volunteer organization with NO paid staff.  They provide food, clothing, small housewares, and transportation to the less fortunate citizens of Williamsburg, James City County, and Bruton District of York County.

United Way supports people in the community that need housing, education, and financial stability.

WFIA’s mission is to help seniors and adults with a chronic illness or physical disability remain independent in their homes.  WFIA provides: transportation, shopping/running errands for care receivers, respite/family caregiver support, light housekeeping, visitations, telephone reassurance, light yard work, help with paperwork, and information regarding community resources.
