Prayer Ministry

Prayer in the hand of faith is the KEY that unlocks Heaven’s storehouse.

“Make this your common practice: Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you can live together whole and healed. The prayer of a person living right with God is something powerful to be reckoned with.” James 5:16 (The Message)

Senior Outreach Ministry

Be part of showing God's love to those who may not have anyone in this world to share love with. Join us at Envoy of Williamsburg (1235 S. Mt. Vernon Avenue, Williamsburg, VA 23185) on the third Sabbath of the month at 2PM for visiting, singing, and praying with some of God's children that are often forgotten.  For more information on how you can be involved please contact Vicky Toliver @ 757-234-1792.

As Jesus said in Matthew 10:45 - "For even the Son of Man did not come to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many"

Women's Ministry

The Women’s Ministry program in our church supports The Woods of York Community Center, which provides after school programs for at risk kids.  We have donated a television, a freezer, school supplies, and bag lunches for field trips.

CGR provides hope and support to individuals and families and helps them overcome poverty, hunger, illiteracy and disease. Their vision is to change lives and transform communities by showing God’s love and compassion by providing opportunities and resources to improve the quality of life for those in need.  Through CGR, our church sponsors a young girl’s education and contributes toward the purchase of water pumps and mills for communities in Malawi.
